Paradise: Studio Concept

This project is first and foremost a labor of love, just as it is an allegory reflecting on the nature of Love. It has been, and will continue to be, a long journey of much effort, energy, and hours. As a result, I particularly appreciate your support and encouragement.

In this allegorical Paradise, the Original Designer is a mysterious intelligence that is never fully explained. While the player never encounters the Original Designer directly during play, the craft of the designer can be seen everywhere, from the layout of space, to the presence of symbolic structures, to the stories on the walls, and other clues, which help guide the player in their plight. There may also be other hints of a presence in the garden, like footsteps in dust, handprints, or glimpses of a ghost around corners, as if the Original Designer was once here, or still visits, when the avatar isn't aware.

On one end of Paradise, through a pair of beautiful carved doors, the player stumbles upon the Designer's Study. The Designer's study is a creative space, and therefor a sacred space. The player character, U.R.I.E.L., comes to it to study notebooks and clues. It is a key puzzle location.
